Terms of Service

These terms apply to Prime Community, an online educational community operated from the Philippines.

Acceptance and eligibility

By using Prime Community, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Membership is invite-only, through a referral code or invitation link. An invitation does not guarantee permanent access.

Your account

Provide accurate information, protect your password and verification codes, and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity through your account. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.

Access types and service changes

Standard access is subject to membership review and applicable requirements. Trial access is time-limited; continued access may require broker account verification and a membership decision. Presentation access is a temporary preview, not permanent membership.

Prime Community provides free educational content. Features, content and availability may change at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that any particular feature will remain available.

We are not a broker

Prime Community does not provide brokerage services and is not a broker. PU Prime is a separate, independently regulated company. Any trading account is solely between you and that broker, under its own terms and applicable regulations. We do not hold or manage your trading funds. Prime Community does not recommend that you open or fund an account with any broker, and whether to do so is your own decision.

Compensation disclosure

Prime Community and its IBs may receive compensation from broker partners when members open or fund accounts. This relationship does not make educational content a recommendation to trade or use a particular broker.

Educational purpose only

Nothing on the platform is financial, investment or trading advice or a recommendation. Lessons, live sessions, market studies, market insight and any market examples are general education. Prime Community is not a dealer or an adviser: it does not provide personalized advice, consider your personal circumstances, manage accounts or trade on your behalf. Make independent decisions and seek qualified advice appropriate to your circumstances.

Risk warning

Trading forex and CFDs carries market risk and requires disciplined risk management. Leverage amplifies both positive and negative price movements, so market outcomes can vary significantly. Past results do not indicate future performance, and no profit or success rate is ever guaranteed. All materials and sessions are provided strictly for educational study and skill development.

Community standards and acceptable conduct

Follow the community standards and treat others respectfully. Do not harass, impersonate, defraud, post unlawful content, disclose another person's private information, distribute malicious software or attempt to bypass access controls. Do not misuse the platform for spam or misleading claims.

Content you post

You remain responsible for content you post and must have the rights to share it. You give Prime Community permission to host, display and moderate that content to operate the community. Do not post confidential information you are not entitled to disclose. We may remove content that violates these terms or community standards.

Our content and intellectual property

Prime Community branding, learning materials and other platform content belong to their respective owners. You may use the content for your personal learning. Do not redistribute, sell or claim ownership of it without permission, except where applicable law permits.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend or end access for violations, security concerns, eligibility issues or broker holds. Trials and presentation access can expire. These actions do not alter your separate agreement with a broker. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the service and educational content are provided as available, without guarantees of accuracy, completeness, suitability, uninterrupted availability or trading results. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Prime Community is not liable for trading losses or indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service. You are responsible for your trading decisions. These limits apply only where lawful and do not exclude liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Prime Community for reasonable losses and costs resulting from your unlawful use of the service, infringement of others' rights or violation of these terms. This does not override rights or protections that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, subject to any mandatory rights that apply where you live.

Changes to the terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the date and communicate material changes through the platform or an appropriate account notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms, subject to any consent required by law.
